From Sunday 4th October, roast dinners are coming to The Nook, bringing together everything you love about a traditional Sunday lunch with the bold flavours of our smokehouse.
What Sunday roasts will be available at The Nook?
Our Sunday roasts will put our signature smokehouse meats right at the centre of the plate.
Choose from:
- Melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket
- Our low and slow beef short rib
- Tender pork belly
- Buttered smoked turkey
- Or, if choosing is too difficult, go for a bit of everything!
At The Nook, smoking meat low and slow is already a huge part of what we do, so bringing those flavours into a traditional Sunday roast felt like the natural next step.
Our smokehouse in Dover is built around rich flavours, generous portions and meat cooked with care.
What comes with a Sunday roast at The Nook?
A great roast dinner is about much more than the meat, so expect plenty of proper Sunday favourites alongside it.
Our roast dinners will include:
- Beef dripping Yorkshire puddings

Rather than simply adding another roast dinner to the menu, we're combining traditional Sunday favourites with the low and slow cooking we're known for.
Our meats are smoked to build deep, rich flavours and create the tenderness you expect from dishes such as brisket and beef short rib. It means you can still enjoy everything you love about a traditional roast, but with a proper smokehouse twist.
